Delivery

All orders will be delivered to the address specified on the order delivery note. Unless otherwise stated, in writing, any delivery date/time we specify for an order is/will be an approximate estimate only. We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 days of receipt. However, due to current logistical challenges we can only provide you with an estimate on delivery. Therefore, we shall not be responsible for any financial loss if the delivery takes longer than expected as delays may occur that are beyond our control. We recommend that you allow at least 7 working days, although depending on your location, your delivery could arrive sooner than this.

We have partnered with DPD to provide the most efficient delivery service across Ireland and the United Kingdom and tracking details will be provided to you once your order is processed for delivery.

We advise that you check your order once you receive it. If your blind is damaged or missing upon delivery, please contact us immediately and one of our team will be available to assist you with your query and provide you details on getting a replacement. All our items follow quality control measures by our blind makers before dispatch and we shall not be responsible for any damage due to incorrect fitting or mishandling of items, however caused.

In the unlikely event that you place an order for an item which is on back order, our team will notify you. You can then decide to keep your order on back order until stock arrives, or we can cancel your order and process your refund.
